Quick and easy chewy chocolate cookies made with a box of chocolate cake mix and filled with white chocolate chips. These easy cookies also have a chocolate Oreo cookie stuffed in each cookie. The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of chocolate cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough, and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Cake Mix White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
