Easy cookies made with a box of cake mix and made red and green for Christmas, and filled with white chocolate chips. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate Oreo cookie. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and the delicious white chocolate and Oreo flavors.
The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough into two bowls, and mix one with red food coloring and one with green. Fold white chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Flatten each one slightly and place one Oreo cookie in each cookie dough. Roll into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix White Chocolate Chip Christmas Cookies

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- red and green food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Divide the cookie dough between two bowls and mix one with red food coloring and one with green. Fold 1/2 cup white chocolate chips into each cookie dough.
- Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Flatten each one slightly and place one Oreo cookie in each cookie dough. Roll into balls and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
