The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with eggs, vegetable oil, Valentine’s day themed sprinkles and white chocolate chips until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a baking sheet, and place one Oreo on each cookie, cover fully with more cookie dough, and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Valentine's Day White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Valentine's day sprinkles
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
