Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made with a box of cake mix and filled with chocolate chips. The cookies are also made green with food coloring for St. Patrick’s day. Each cookie is stuffed with a chocolate Oreo cookie. Everyone will love the delicious peanut butter flavors and fun Oreo cookie surprise in each cookie.
The cookie dough is made by mixing the cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, mixing until it is green. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until it is fully cooked through.

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring, and mix until fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
