Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Peanut Butter Valentine’s Day M&M Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made from a box of cake mix and filled with Valentine’s day themed M&Ms. Each cookie is also stuffed with a chocolate Oreo cookie. Everyone will love these easy chewy peanut butter cookies with a fun Oreo surprise in each cookie.

The cookie dough is made by mixing a box of cake mix with peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold Valentine’s day themed M&Ms into the cookie dough. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

• 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup Valentine's day M&Ms
• Oreo cookies

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
2. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
