The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients, except for the Oreo cookies are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a baking sheet and place one Oreo on each cookie dough. Cover fully with more cookie dough and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Monster Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&Ms
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oats, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough and cover fully with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
