The only five ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Halloween themed sprinkles, and Oreo cookies. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the Oreo cookies together in a large bowl until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.
Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Halloween Cookies

- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
- Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
