The cookie dough is made by mixing all of the ingredients, except for the Oreo cookies in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, covering the Oreo cookie completely. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and peppermint extract, and mix until smooth.
