Soft and chewy cookie cake filled with tons of delicious peanut butter and chocolate flavors. This easy cookie cake is made like a classic monster cookie dough topped with a creamy and delicious peanut butter frosting. Everyone will love this easy cookie cake for just about any occasion.

The cookie dough is made just like a classic monster cookie dough filled with chocolate chips and M&Ms. Press the cookie dough into a round cake pan and bake until the center comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before frosting. Make the peanut butter frosting by mixing all of the ingredients together. Pipe frosting onto the cake and serve.

Monster Cookie Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspooon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until it is fully combined. Add in the flour mixture until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms. Press the cookie dough into a greased round 9-inch cake pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely. In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pipe frosting onto cake.
