Chocolate brownie cups topped with a classic chewy M&M cookie. These easy brookies combines a classic brownie cup with a classic chewy M&M cookie. You can even make these brookies easier by using a box of brownie mix and premade cookie dough.They make the perfect easy dessert for just about any holiday or occasion.

The brownie mix is quick and easy to make, just whisk all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Or you can use a box of brownie mix and prepare it according to package directions. The cookie dough is made like a classic M&M cookie dough. Divide the brownie batter between a lined muffin pan, followed by the M&M cookie dough. Bake until the brookies come out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in M&Ms. Evenly divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin pan. Add the cookie dough on top and bake for 15-20 minutes.
