The only four ingredients that you need is a box of yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and mint Oreo cookies. Mix the cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
