Quick and easy treat for St. Patrick’s day, this easy mint chocolate bark is filled with tons of delicious mint flavor, and topped with chocolate chips. All you need is four simple ingredients to make this simple bark. This easy bark makes the perfect no-bake treat to make for either St. Patrick’s day or Christmas.

The only four ingredients that you need is a bag of white chocolate chips, mint extract, green food coloring, and some chocolate chips. The white chocolate chips are melted in the microwave, then mixed with the mint extract and green food coloring. Spread the mixture into baking dish, and top evenly with the chocolate chips. Let the bark sit until the chocolate has completely set. Break into bars and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the mint extract. Add in the green food coloring, mix until it is fully green. Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with the chocolate chips. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set. Break into bars.
