S’mores are a classic summer time dessert that everyone loves. But instead of the chocolate inside of the graham cracker, the graham cracker is instead dipped into melted chocolate. These mini s’mores bars are simple to make and are a delicious treat to enjoy this summer. Mini marshmallows are baked on top of bars of graham crackers, then they are dipped into melted chocolate. These s’mores bars are a delicious alternative to classic s’mores, and are a little bit more cleaner to eat. Then with chocolate over the graham crackers instead of inside of them.
To makes these mini s’mores bars, the graham crackers are each broken into 4 small bars. Place half of the graham crackers onto a large baking sheet. Top each graham cracker bar with two mini marshmallows each. Bake for just a couple of minutes, just until the marshmallows have started to puff up. Place another graham cracker bar on top of each marshmallows, sandwiching them together. Let the s’mores cool before dipping in chocolate. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until smooth. Dip only 1/4 to half of the s’mores bars in the melted chocolate. Set onto plates and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.

Ingredients
- Graham crackers
- Mini marshmallows
- 1 ( 10 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Break the graham crackers into 4 bars. Place the graham crackers onto a large baking sheet.
- Place 2 mini marshallows on each graham cracker bar. Bake for 3-4 minutes, until the marshmallows start to puff up. Place another graham cracker bar on top of each.
- Place chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each until smooth. Dip the bottom of each mini s'mores into the chocolate. Set onto plates and let the chocolate set.
