Cheeseburgers are a great meal option for any occasion. Everybody loves them, but another option that is better for feeding a crowd is mini burger sliders. These burgers are so easy to put together and are much easier with less prep time to prepare them. The burgers are all baked together into one big square, then sliced into squares and served on mini slider buns. These sliders are great for game day or for a party because they can easily be doubled to serve a crowd.
The burgers are made with a mixture of ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce. Mix everything together in a large bowl, then evenly spread the beef mixture into a baking dish. Bake until the beef is no longer pink. Drain the grease from the pan and place cheese slices on the beef square. Bake until the cheese has melted. Slice the beef square into small squares, using a pizza cutter works best, and place them on slider buns topped with all of your favorite burger toppings.
