Lemon Snowball Cookies

Easy buttery and sweet snowball cookies filled with tons of delicious lemon flavors. These easy cookies are covered in powdered sugar after they are baked, making them look like snowballs. Everyone will love these easy buttery cookies for any holiday or occasion.

The only four ingredients that you need is butter, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and flour. All of the ingredients, except for 1/2 cup powdered sugar are mixed together in a large bowl until combined. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly browned. After they are baked, roll each cookie in the remaining powdered sugar.

Lemon Snowball Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar until fluffy. Add in the lemon juice, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour, mix until it is fully combined.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Place the remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar into a shallow dish. Roll each cookie in the powdered sugar.
