The blondie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Fold jelly beans into the blondie batter. Then pour the batter into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the blondies comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Jelly Bean Blondies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup jelly beans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the flour, salt, and baking powder until smooth. Fold in the jelly beans.
  • Evenly pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
