The white chocolate chips are melted in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Then the chocolate is made orange with food coloring. Coat each cookie in the chocolate mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with chocolate chips and M&Ms. Let sit until it is completely set.

Instructions
- Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the food coloring.
