Crispy cauliflower oven roasted with parmesan cheese and herbs. Roasted vegetables make a great easy and healthy side dish and they are very versatile because you can season them however you want. This quick and easy side dish will make the perfect addition to any main meal such as chicken or pork chops. The cauliflower is perfectly roasted and seasoned with herbs, making it a great healthy dish.

The cauliflower is first chopped into bite-sized florets and mixed with olive oil, parmesan cheese, oregano, rosemary, and dried basil. Spread into a baking dish and roast in the oven until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned. Serve with your favorite main meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Place cauliflower florets into a large bowl and mix with olive oil, parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  • Spread cauliflower into a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
