The cookie dough is made like a classic sugar cookie dough, except it is divided into three bowls, one is made orange, one purple, and one green. Mix white chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll together into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through.
Halloween White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- green, purple, and orange food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, salt, and baking soda together. In a large bowl, mix butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Divide the cookie dough between three bowls. Mix one with green food coloring, one with purple food coloring, and one with orange.
- Fold 1/3 cup white chocolate chips into each cookie dough. Take a small amount of each cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
