Halloween Monster Cookies

Soft and chewy classic monster cookies, but filled with fun Halloween themed sprinkles and Halloween themed M&Ms. These cookies have delicious peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate flavors. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies for a fun and easy Halloween themed dessert this fall.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic monster cookie, except with the addition of Halloween sprinkles and Halloween themed M&Ms folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place them onto a large baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Halloween Monster Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Halloween M&Ms

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until fluffy.
  2. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
  3. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
