Halloween Monster Cookies

Soft and chewy classic monster cookies, but filled with fun Halloween themed sprinkles and Halloween themed M&Ms. These cookies have delicious peanut butter, oatmeal, and chocolate flavors. Everyone will love these easy chewy cookies for a fun and easy Halloween themed dessert this fall.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic monster cookie, except with the addition of Halloween sprinkles and Halloween themed M&Ms folded into the cookie dough. Roll the cookie dough into balls and place them onto a large baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Halloween Monster Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Halloween M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
