Halloween Monster Cookie Cups

Soft and chewy monster cookie cups with all of the classic flavors of a monster cookie, with the peanut butter, oats, and chocolate chips. But with a fun Halloween themed twist. Halloween themed sprinkles and Halloween themed M&Ms are mixed into the cookie dough. Everyone will love these easy cookie cups this Halloween season.

The cookie dough is made similar to a classic monster cookie dough, except for the addition of Halloween themed sprinkles and Halloween themed M&Ms. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Halloween Monster Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Halloween M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough into the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
