Halloween Buttercream Truffles

Creamy and delicious homemade buttercream truffles filled with Halloween themed sprinkles and covered in melted chocolate chips. These easy creamy truffles make the perfect easy no-bake treat to enjoy this fall or Halloween. Everyone will love the creamy buttercream filling.

The only five ingredients that you need is butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, Halloween sprinkles, and a bag of white chocolate chips. Mix the butter with sugar and vanilla until a thick dough forms. Fold in the sprinkles, and roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place onto a plate, and freeze for at least 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each truffle in the chocolate, and let it sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Halloween Buttercream Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine butter with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms. Fold in the sprinkles. Roll the dough into balls and freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each truffle in the chocolate, and set onto a plate. Let sit until chocolate has completely set.
