Grilled Cheese Sliders

Easy and cheesy sliders made using two types of cheese and sweet Hawaiian rolls. Both cheddar and pepper jack cheese are used in these easy sliders. Everyone will love these easy cheesy sliders as a delicious lunch or dinner, or as a tasty cheesy appetizer that everyone will love.

The rolls are first sliced and the bottoms are placed onto a baking sheet. Spread evenly with mayonnaise, and top with both cheese. Place the tops of the rolls back on and brush lightly with butter. Bake until the cheese has fully melted and the rolls are lightly browned.

Grilled Cheese Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cut the tops of the rolls off, and place the bottoms onto a greased baking sheet. Evenly spread with mayonnaise.
  • Top with both cheddar and pepper jack cheese. Place the tops of the rolls back on, and brush with butter. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
