The truffles are made by mixing butter with peanut butter and sugar along with vanilla until smooth. Then flour that has been heated in the microwave is added along with oats, chocolate chips and M&Ms. Roll the cookie dough into balls and melted white chocolate chips in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Coat each truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with the candy eyes and let sit until it is completely set.
Ghost Monster Cookie Dough Truffles
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&Ms
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Place flour into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, mix butter with peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the heated flour and oats until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms. Roll the cookie dough into balls and set onto a plate. Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Coat each cookie dough truffle in the chocolate and set onto a plate. Decorate with the candy eyes and let sit until it is completely set.
