The cookie dough is made similar to a classic sugar cookie dough, except with the addition of pudding mix whisked into the cookie dough, and sprinkles folded into the dough. Evenly press the cookie dough into a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the sprinkles. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
