Fudge Stripe Cookie Peanut Butter Butterscotch S’mores

Easy baked s’mores made using fudge stripe cookies instead of graham crackers, and butterscotch baking chips instead of chocolate. They are also stuffed with peanut butter. Everyone will love these quick and easy s’mores for any summer occasion.

The only four ingredients that you need is fudge stripe cookies, peanut butter, marshmallows, and butterscotch baking chips. Spread peanut butter onto half of the cookies, and place them onto a baking sheet. Top with marshmallows and butterscotch baking chips. Bake until the marshmallows begin to puff up. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining cookies.

  • fudge stripe cookies
  • peanut butter
  • marshmallows
  • butterscotch baking chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spread peanut butter onto half of the fudge stripe cookies and place them onto a baking sheet. Top with marshmallows and butterscotch baking chips.
  • Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining cookies.
