Quick and easy s’mores made using fudge stripe cookies instead of classic graham crackers, and using Andes mints instead of regular chocolate. These easy s’mores make the perfect easy treat to enjoy during any season and in any weather.
The only three ingredients that you need is fudge stripe cookies, Andes mints, and marshmallows. Place half of the cookies onto a baking sheet and top with marshmallows and Andes mints. Bake for just a couple of minutes, until the chocolate starts to soften. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the remaining cookies.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place half of the cookies onto a baking sheet. Top with marshmallows and Andes mints. Bake for 2-3 minutes.
