Crispy baked french fries, topped with spicy refried beans, cheese, and jalapenos. Texas nachos are usually made with tortilla chips and topped with refried beans and jalapenos. But instead of using tortilla chips for this appetizer, crispy french fries are used instead. These nacho fries make a great appetizer for game day or the super bowl. They make the perfect snack to share with friends.

You only need five simple ingredients to make this appetizer. Just some frozen fries, a can of refried beans, salsa, cheese, and pickled jalapenos. The french fries are first cooked according to the package directions. Then a mixture of refried beans and salsa is evenly spread over the cooked fries. Cheese is added on top, along with pickled jalapeno slices. Bake the fries for just a few more minutes, until the cheese has melted.
