Soft and chewy chocolate brownie bites decorated with vanilla frosting in a football pattern. These easy brownie bites make a fun and easy dessert to bake for a fun football themed or game day party. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of these brownie bites and the fun football designs on them.

The brownie batter is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are whisked together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the batter between a paper lined muffin pan and bake until each brownie cup comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before decorating with the frosting. Place the frosting into a piping bag, and decorate each brownie bite in a football pattern.

Football Brownie Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • vanilla frosting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Evenly divide the brownie batter between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely.
  • Place the frosting into a piping bag. Decorate each brownie bite in a football pattern.
