The cookie dough is made by mixing peanut butter with sugar, an egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Then roll into balls and roll in green sanding sugar. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup green sanding sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Place the sanding sugar into a shallow dish, and roll the cookie dough into balls.
- Roll each one into the sanding sugar and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
