It is so simple to make these cookies, there is no mixer needed and no need to refrigerate the cookie dough before baking. All of the ingredients are mixed together in the same mixing bowl. These cookies are perfect for any occasion or even just because you want a sweet treat but do not want to get the mixer out.
The only six ingredients that you need to make these cookies is peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, an egg, vanilla extract, and Reese’s pieces. All of the ingredients are combined in the same mixing bowl, and place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are lightly browned. Let cool completely on cooling racks before serving.
Flourless Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Reese's pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter with both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract, mix until smooth. Fold in Reese's pieces.
- Using a cookie scoop, place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
