Flourless Peanut Butter Easter M&M Blossom Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with Easter themed M&Ms, and topped with a chocolate kiss. These easy peanut butter cookies are made without any flour. All you need is a few simple ingredients, and a large mixing bowl to make them. Everyone will love these easy cookies this Easter.

The cookie dough is made by mixing peanut butter with a large egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Then Easter themed M&Ms are folded into the dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove the cookies from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
