Flourless Peanut Butter Easter Bunny Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies made without any flour, and decorated with Easter themed M&Ms into Easter bunny patterns. Everyone will love the delicious peanut butter flavors of the cookies, and soft and chewy texture. They make the perfect easy treat to bake this Easter season.

The cookie dough is made by mixing peanut butter with granulated and brown sugars, a egg, and vanilla extract until the dough is thick. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until they are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven and decorate into Easter bunnies with the M&Ms.

Flourless Peanut Butter Easter Bunny Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Easter M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, both sugars, egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top each one with M&Ms in Easter bunny patterns.
