Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the sprinkles. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
