Flourless Peanut Butter Christmas Blossom Cookies

Soft and chewy classic peanut butter cookies made using no flour in the cookie dough. These easy cookies are also filled with fun Christmas themed sprinkles and topped with a chocolate kiss. Everyone will love baking these quick and easy cookies this Christmas season.

The cookie dough is made by mixing peanut butter with both granulated and brown sugar, along with egg and vanilla extract. Christmas themed sprinkles are then folded into the cookie dough. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and top each one with a chocolate kiss.

Flourless Peanut Butter Christmas Blossom Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
  • chocolate kisses

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and top with a chocolate kiss.
