Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and top each one with a chocolate kiss.
Flourless Peanut Butter Christmas Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, both sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and top with a chocolate kiss.
