The only ingredients that you need for these cookies are, peanut butter, both granulated sugar and brown sugar, an egg, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. All of the ingredients are mixed together in a large mixing bowl, and placed onto a large ungreased baking sheet using a cookie scoop. Bake until the center of the cookies comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
