Flourless Halloween Peanut Butter Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookies filled with fun Halloween themed sprinkles and made without any flour. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and the delicious classic peanut butter flavors. They make the perfect easy treat for everyone this Halloween season.

The cookies are made by mixing peanut butter with granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and a egg. Then Halloween sprinkles are folded into the cookie dough. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Flourless Halloween Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, both sugars, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
