- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter with granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place one chocolate kiss on each cookie.
