The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Evenly divide the cookie dough between a paper lined muffin pan. Bake until each cookie cup comes out clean with a toothpick in the center.

Flourless Easter Monster Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Easter M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and egg until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
