Flourless Easter Monster Cookie Bars

Soft and chewy peanut butter cookie bars made without any flour in the cookie dough. The cookie bars are filled with oatmeal, chocolate chips, and Easter themed M&Ms. They have all of the classic delicious flavors of a monster cookie, but with Easter themed M&Ms. They make the perfect easy treat to bake this Easter.

The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Press the cookie dough evenly into a greased square baking dish. Bake until the center of the cookie bars comes out clean with a toothpick. Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.

Flourless Easter Monster Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and egg until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
  • Evenly press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
