Flourless Christmas Monster Cookies

Soft and chewy monster cookies made without any flour. The cookie dough is filled with peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips and red and green Christmas themed M&Ms. Everyone will love the classic monster cookie flavors with a fun Christmas themed twist.

The cookie dough is quick and easy to make, all of the ingredients are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup quick oats
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup Christmas M&Ms

Method

 

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, oats, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
2. Use a cookie scoop to place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
