Juicy and cheesy homemade meatballs topped with olive slices make a fun appetizer to serve for Halloween. The cheese and olives make the meatballs look like eyeballs turning an easy appetizer into a fun Halloween treat. The homemade meatballs are made ground beef and parmesan cheese then baked until juicy. You can serve these meatballs as an appetizer or you can serve them on top of spaghetti for a Halloween themed dinner.

To make the meatball mixture, ground beef is combined with breadcrumbs, grated parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, an egg and milk. Form the mixture into equal sized balls and place onto a large baking sheet. Cut mozzarella cheese into small cubes and place one onto each meatball. Place one olive slice on top of the cheese to resemble the eye. Bake until the beef is no longer pink and the cheese is melted. Serve over spaghetti.
