Quick and easy homemade mint chocolate chip cookie dough, made completely safe to eat. This cookie dough is not to bake, but to eat instead. No egg is used, and the flour is heated in the microwave. This delicious cookie dough tastes just like a classic mint chocolate chip cookie. It is filled with delicious mint flavor, and filled with chocolate chips. It makes a great dessert for St. Patrick’s day.

To make the cookie dough, flour is first placed into a microwave-safe bowl, and heated in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Then butter and sugar are mixed together in a large bowl until fluffy. Add the peppermint extract, along with the heated flour, and mix until it is fully combined. Add in the green food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips. Serve right away, or store in the fridge until serving.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, heated in the microwave
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
