Easy edible sugar cookie dough filled with Easter themed sprinkles. This easy cookie dough is made completely edible by using no egg in the dough, and heating the flour in the microwave. This easy cookie dough is perfect for a fun Easter themed treat without needing the oven to make.

The only five ingredients that you need for this cookie dough is butter, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and Easter themed sprinkles. The flour is first heated in the microwave before adding to the dough. The butter is mixed with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the heated flour, and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in the sprinkles. Serve or store in the fridge until serving.

Edible Easter Funfetti Cookie Dough

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, heated in the microwave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Place the flour into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the heated flour, and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in the sprinkles.
