To make the cookie dough, softened butter is beat with both granulated and brown sugar with a mixer. Milk and vanilla extract are added into the dough and beat until smooth. Place the flour into a microwave safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. Add the flour into the butter mixture and beat with a mixer until all of the flour is incorporated. Fold the mini chocolate chips into the dough with a spatula. You can serve right away or you can store the cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge.

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, place flour and microwave for 40 seconds. Set aside. In a large bowl with a mixer, beat softened butter with both granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in milk and vanilla extract, beat until smooth. Add in flour and beat until all of the flour is incorporated. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until serving.
