The pasta is first cooked according to package directions, then drain and rinse with cool water. Place the pasta into a large bowl, and mix the pasta with the remaining ingredients. Cover and store the salad in the fridge until ready to serve.

- 16 oz. rotini pasta
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 ( 15 oz.) bottle zesty Italian dressing
Instructions
