Easy and delicious homemade peanut butter balls filled with fun Easter themed sprinkles. These easy peanut butter balls are perfect to make for a delicious and easy no-bake treat this Easter. Everyone will love these classic candies with a fun Easter themed twist and covered in melted white chocolate.

The only five ingredients that you need for this candy is butter that is softened, peanut butter, powdered sugar, Easter themed sprinkles, and a bag of white chocolate chips. The butter is mixed with peanut butter and powdered sugar until a thick dough forms. Fold in the sprinkles. Roll the mixture into balls, and set them onto a large plate. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Fully coat each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate. Set them onto plates, and decorate with more Easter themed sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.

Easter Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Fold in the Easter themed sprinkles. Roll the dough into balls, and place them onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate. Set them back onto plates, decorate with sprinkles. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
