Easter Monster Cookies

Soft and chewy peanut butter monster cookies filled with peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate chips and Easter themed M&Ms. Everyone will love the soft and chewy texture of the cookies and the delicious peanut butter and chocolate flavors. They make the perfect easy treat to bake this spring season.

The cookie dough is made like a classic monster cookie dough, except for the addition of Easter themed M&Ms. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet and bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Easter Monster Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, salt and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • Add in the flour mixture and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
