The cookie dough is made like a classic chocolate chip cookie dough, it is then rolled into balls, and placed onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, and place the mini cadbury eggs on each cookie.
Easter Egg Blossom Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with both granulated and brown sugar until fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place them onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven, and place mini cadbury eggs on each cookie.
