Easter Cake Mix Crinkle Cookies

Soft and chewy crinkle cookies filled with Easter themed sprinkles. These easy cookies are made from a box of cake mix, and filled with Easter themed sprinkles before rolling in powdered sugar. The powdered sugar gives them a crinkle look and makes them more soft. Everyone will love these easy soft and chewy cookies this Easter.

The only five ingredients that you need for these cookies is a box of white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, Easter themed sprinkles and powdered sugar. All of the ingredients except for the powdered sugar are mixed together in a large bowl until smooth. Roll the cookie dough into balls, then roll each one into powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake until the cookies are fully cooked through.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles. Place the powdered sugar into a shallow dish.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls, and roll each one into the powdered sugar. Place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
